In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Jan. 8 against Jefferey O. Holland of Birmingham, AL, on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Holland was sentenced to one day in jail; the time was suspended. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $246.92.
Cases were initiated as follows: Chanxay Ken Siriphan of Des Moines, trespass; and Roibert Charles Harvilicz of Des Moines, public intoxication.
